Vacastay Culture App by Suresh Gopi Launches with Unbeatable Vacation Offers

December 09, 2024, Thrissur: Union Minister of State for Tourism Suresh Gopi has launched ‘Vacastay Culture’, the booking app of Vacastay, a resort chain operating in South India. He also inaugurated the launching ceremony of Vacastay Legacy Card and Logo.

Vacastay Legacy is a package that offers 3 years and 9 stays at Vacastay’s resorts in Munnar, Ooty, and Wayanad. This is the first time in Kerala that such a budget-friendly tourism package is being announced. According to company spokespersons, ‘Thar Rocks’ will be given to one person selected from the first 5000 people who register through the Vacastay app.

Speaking on the occasion, Suresh Gopi said that the state governments should take the initiative for the development of tourism in the country. The nature of tourism has changed dramatically. It is trying to bring forward the ideas in the field of tourism. Destination Beyond Destination project is one such project. “The quest for Destination Beyond Beaches in Goa is one of the initiatives brought forward by this project,” he said.

At the international level, Turkey and Thailand are emerging as challenging places for us. In this situation, we have the responsibility to find new tourism areas and present them to the world, he said. States should play a greater role in this regard.

Kalyan Silks Managing Director TS Pattabhiraman, director Major Ravi, actresses Bhavana and Nikhila Vimal were also present on the occasion. Tipu Shan, director of Vacastay, proposed the vote of thanks.
