: Howden India Earns Great Place To Work® Certification™ for the Third Consecutive Year

This year, 84% of employees said Howden India is a great place to work, demonstrating a steady year-on-year improvement.

The certification is based entirely on employee experience, reflecting their trust and pride in the organisation. Howden India has recorded a 6% improvement in employee sentiment in the past two years with approval scores at 78% in 2024 and 82% in 2025.
