Chennai, July 14: ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited today reported its financial performance for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
ICICI Prudential AMC’s Operating Profit Before Tax for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 at ₹ 11.00 billion, an increase of 20.2 % over quarter ended June 30, 2025.
CORPORATE HIGHLIGHTS
- MF QAAUM of ₹ 11,172.22 billion for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 with a market share of 13.4 % as compared to ₹ 9,442.47 billion for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. QAAUM in Actively Managed stood at ₹ 9,246.98 billion for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 with a market share of 13.5% as compared to ₹ 8,031.53 billion for quarter ended June 30, 2025.
- QAAUM in Equity & Equity oriented schemes stood at ₹ 6,312.15 billion for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 with a market share of 14.0% as compared to ₹ 5,267.90 billion for quarter ended June 30, 2025.
- Equity-Oriented Hybrid QAAUM stood at ₹ 2,215.41 billion for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 with a market share of 26.6% as compared to ₹ 1,774.57 billion for quarter ended June 30, 2025.
- Alternates QAAUM stood at ₹ 794.46 billion for the quarter ended June 30,2026, which comprises of PMS QAAUM of ₹ 289.96 billion, AIF QAAUM of ₹ 227.37 billion and Assets under Advisory of ₹ 277.13 billion.
- Monthly systematic transactions for the month of June, 2026 rose to ₹ 48.72 billion as compared to ₹ 42.45 billion in the month of June, 2025.
- Over 1,16,000 empanelled distribution partners across MFDs, National Distributors and Banks, serviced through a total of 286 offices.
- Unique customers stood at 17.3 million as on June 30, 2026 as compared to 15.1 million as on June 30, 2025.
FINANCIAL HIGHLIGHTS FOR THE QUARTER ENDED JUNE 30, 2026
- The Operating Profit before tax for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 was ₹10,998.5 million as compared to ₹9,151.1 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.
- Profit before tax for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 was ₹12,806.5 million as compared to ₹10,619.6 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.
- Profit after tax for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 was ₹9,646.3 million as compared to ₹7,836.4 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.
