Infosys Wins FICO Accolade for Loyalty Program Brilliance at GSI Hackathon Debut
Global analytics software leader FICO has announced that a team from Infosys has been named one of the winners of its inaugural Global System Integrator (GSI) Partner Hackathon, held at its Bengaluru campus — home to its largest global office and a key hub for innovation. The event invited leading GSI partners to develop real-world solutions to complex financial challenges using FICO® Platform.
The winning team from Infosys developed an innovative customer loyalty solution that helps financial institutions boost engagement with their points programs. By leveraging FICO’s decisioning and data management capabilities, lenders can enrich customer data, deliver personalized points redemption campaigns, and track improvements in client retention and engagement.

The Infosys solution was evaluated by a panel of eight FICO judges based on alignment with the challenge, business impact, innovation, customer appeal, teamwork, and quality of presentation.
Exclusive Recognition at FICO World 2025
The winning Infosys team will participate in a panel discussion at FICO World 25 during the FICO Developer’s Forum on Tuesday, May 6, offering a deep dive into the development of their innovations and real-world applications. They will also showcase their work in the FICO World Innovation Centre, offering attendees a hands-on demonstration of their solutions in action.
To mark the achievement, they will also be honored on the main stage as part of the event’s celebration of partner-led innovation.
