Experience the region’s rich culinary heritage in a feast for the senses at Tamra, the hotel’s international cuisine restaurant, from October 17 to 19, 2024.

Chef Puja Bansal, a passionate home chef and award-winning participant in esteemed cooking competitions such as Rasoi Queen and Chefs of Delhi, brings her extensive expertise and love for cooking to this pop-up. After graduating from the Institute of Home Economics at Delhi University, her culinary journey has been deeply rooted in exploring the rich heritage of Indian cuisine, particularly from her cherished connections to Chandni Chowk and Old Delhi.

At the heart of this delectable feast are Chef Bansal’s signature creations, thoughtfully crafted to honour the Old Delhi cuisine. Guests will be served a delightful array of offerings, starting with tantalizing drinks like Amrood ki Shikanji and Gulab Sharbat. The culinary journey unfolds with a selection of vibrant starters, including Kalmi Vada, Kachalu Chaat, and Aloo e Tabahi.

As the meal progresses, diners will savour the rich and aromatic Vegetarian Mughlai dishes featuring Gravy Mangochi, Shahi Matar Badam ki sabzi, and Mooli ke Kofte. The menu also highlights traditional Bania cuisine, showcasing a variety of vegetarian specialities that reflect the culinary diversity of the city, such as Torai Ki Tehri and Pakodi Pulao. These delectable main courses will be complemented by an assortment of breads like Doodh Ki Poori and Paranthe wali gali ke Paranthe, along with exquisite accompaniments like Kele and Meve ki Saunth and Methi ki chutney.
