Marked Terrain’s Solo Art Show Satish Sharma

The preview Satish Sharma was held on a cozy evening at Trivaenikala Sangam the self-taught artist who has experimented with powdered pigment as part of his painting space. His work ventured into P.U Foam during the Corona lockdown period as it was an easily available material during that time and he discovered that working with it was ‘quite rewarding’. His tools vary from masonry to carpentry, cake making to sewing and he also works with conventional painting tools like brushes on and off.

Satish was born in Garhwali, Uttarakhand, and is living and working in New Delhi. He has Diploma in Engineering and left his engineering degree in between to pursue his passion. He obtained Diploma in Art and Crafts from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan, New Delhi, and later continued his study at Triveni Kala Sangam under the guidance of Shri Rameshwar Broota . He has been teaching art at the Triveni Kala Sangam The event was attended by many fellow artists. Shri Rameshwar Broota, Shruti Chandra Gupta, Aarti Zaveri, Meena Yadav, Georgina Maddox, Gopi Gajwani, and Ashok Vajpayee.
