Hosted at Feast, the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, the specially curated dining experience highlights the authentic, rustic flavours of the Kongunadu belt, known for its bold use of spices, locally sourced ingredients, and age-old culinary wisdom.
At the helm of this immersive experience is Chef Harshini, a passionate champion of Tamil cuisine and founder of Soul on a Plate. With her deep-rooted knowledge and contemporary flair, Chef Harshini crafts a menu that bridges tradition and storytelling, inviting diners to explore lesser-known dishes that have been passed down through generations.
