Simple Energy Collaborates with ReadyAssist to Enhance Post-Sale Support Services
Bangalore, 28th August 2023: SimpleEnergy, India’s leading electric vehicle and clean energy start-up, has joined hands with ReadyAssist, India’s leading vehicle assistance company. As per this partnership, ReadyAssist will offer round-the-clock post-sales assistance to SimpleEnergy’s complete customer base.
SimpleEnergy, with the help of ReadyAssist, will amp up its customer experience via round-the-clock support nationwide for its current model Simple ONE, and upcoming models in the coming months.
The support will include a seamless connection to ReadyAssist’s proprietary technology platform, complete with the real-time interface on their app that will aid the process of requesting assistance whenever required. These services will include ReadyAssist’s complete gamut of roadside assistance.
