At the heart of this culinary experience is Chef Gagandeep Singh Sawhney, Executive Chef at Shangri-La Eros New Delhi and Centre of Excellence Specialist – Indian Cuisine, MEIA Region – Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts. His remarkable ability to capture the essence of Amritsari cooking is evident in each dish. Collaborating with a team of skilled chefs all the way from Amritsar, the chef promises to unravel the complex flavours of flavor, technique, and traditions that make Punjab’s culinary heritage so extraordinary.

The menu features sumptuous dishes from Amritsar, such as crispy Chur Chur Naan, tender Tawa Chicken, flavorful Amritsari Fish, and hearty Amritsari Tawa Meat. It also includes the iconic Chhole Bhature, a classic combination that captures the essence of Punjab’s street food culture, offering a taste of tradition with every bite.
