The emerging smart-city, Gwalior welcomes HOP Electric’s urban commute high-speed e-motorcycle, HOP OXO
Gwalior: 14th February 2023: The emerging smart-city of Madhya Pradesh, Gwalior today celebrated the launch of urban commute high-speed e-motorcycle, HOP OXO by HOP Electric, India’s fastest growing integrated electric vehicles manufacturer having a comprehensive ecosystem approach to EVs’ vertical. The launch was announced at the annual Gwalior Fest. HOP OXO combines sustainability, performance, and affordability in a sleek design.
With its cutting-edge features, HOP OXO will revolutionise the way people ride. OXO has a top speed of 90 Kmph / 95 Kmph* and a true range of 135 kms /150 Kms. The e-motorcycle is based on the industry-first voltage architecture of 72 V, a motor power (peak) of 5.2Kw / 6.2kw*, and a max torque (at wheel) of 185 Nm / 200 Nm*. The motorcycle is equipped with a BLDC Hub motor, Sinusoidal FOC Vector Control, and riding modes including Eco-Power-Sport and Reverse mode.

The HOP OXO is powered by an advanced Lithium-ion High Performance Battery, with an installed capacity of 3.75 Kwh, and a smart charger of 850W with a charging time of 0-80% in 4 hours. The motorcycle is equipped with an upright telescopic fork front suspension, hydraulic spring loaded shock absorber rear suspension, disc brakes with Combi-brake system and regenerative braking, and has a loading capacity of 250 kgs. It also has a 5-inch Smart LCD Display (1000 cd/m2, IP67) for connectivity and security features, including 4G LTE CAT4*, GNSS with AGPS*, BLE 5.0* with a Mobile App, and 128-bit encryption (Edge to cloud security)*.
