New Delhi, July 6th 2021: TO THE NEW, a leading provider of digital transformation and technology services, has been ranked #72 among ‘India’s Best Companies to Work For’ based on a rigorous assessment conducted by the Great Place to Work® Institute in its latest rankings announced earlier this month. TO THE NEW has earned this recognition because of its strong people-centricity and an inclusive and open culture within the organization.

Great Place to Work® is the global authority in creating, assessing, and identifying the Best Workplaces the world over. Every year, more than 10,000 organizations from over 60 countries partner with Great Place to Work® Institute for assessment, benchmarking, and planning actions to strengthen their workplace culture.

TO THE NEW has been a consistent winner of the GPTW award since 2015, with it achieving its highest-ever GTPW trust index score of 89 this year. This further strengthens the belief amongst all its employees, internally called as ‘Newers’ in TO THE NEW’s efforts in providing a healthy, safe and transparent environment for Newers to thrive in. The cumulative score of the GPTW Trust Index and Culture Audit contribute to determining an organizations’ position in the ranking scoreboard each year.
