Speaking on the 10th year anniversary, Bala Sarda, Founder & CEO, VAHDAM® India, said, “Grateful to be celebrating 10 years of VAHDAM India. As with every year, it’s an honor to release our Annual Impact Report, highlighting our progress across ESG initiatives over the past 12 months. It reflects our small but steady steps toward creating a positive impact on our communities, supply chain, and planet. As we grow, we remain committed to scaling responsibly and staying true to our core values.
Key Highlights from the FY 2024-25 Impact Report:

●In partnership with rePurpose Global, 24,000+ kg of low-value plastic waste was recovered and recycled, diverted from oceans, landfills, and communities.
● Continued Plastic Neutral and Climate Neutral certification for the fifth consecutive year, with net-zero plastic and carbon footprint since 2019.
VAHDAM® India allocates at least 1% of its revenue to its flagship CSR initiative, TEACH ME™, aimed at uplifting children in tea- and spice-growing regions.
● In FY 24-25, the program positively impacted 30,000 children across Darjeeling, Alipurduar, Jalpaiguri, and Assam.
● In collaboration with Be & Make and Terre des Hommes, the initiative established 100 digital classrooms and supported 90 plantations with tech-enabled education infrastructure.

Looking ahead, the brand remains committed to expanding its impact by accelerating emissions reduction through increased investments in renewable energy, driving innovation in sustainable shipping and packaging, and collaborating with global partners to implement best-in-class environmental practices.
