Chef Mum Brings the Essence of Thailand to AnnaMaya with ‘Taste of Thailand’ Pop-Up

November 2024, New Delhi: Andaz Delhi, by Hyatt, presents an immersive Thai dining experience with the ‘Taste of Thailand’ pop-up menu at AnnaMaya. In collaboration with Chef Siriluck Lekkwan from Andaz Pattaya, popularly known as Chef Mum, this exclusive pop-up menu is available from 8 November to 16 November 2024 and showcases bold Thai flavours and fresh ingredients.

The Taste of Thailand pop-up menu offers a vibrant culinary landscape of Thailand, featuring iconic Thai dishes expertly crafted with traditional techniques and authentic taste. Among the standout offerings is the Tom Yum Goong, a bold and aromatic hot-and-sour soup made with succulent tiger prawns, fragrant lemongrass, galangal, mushrooms, coriander, lime, and a touch of chilli. Another highlight is the Massaman Gai, a rich and comforting Thai Massaman curry featuring tender chicken, creamy coconut milk, potatoes, and crunchy peanuts. Phad Kraphao Moo offers wok-fried minced pork with Thai hot basil, garlic, and chilli if you want something spicy. For seafood lovers, the Talay Phad Narm Phrik Pow brings together sautéed seafood in Thai sweet chilli paste.
