Davos 2026:Women Inspiring Network curates transformative dialogues with Indian and global leaders at the world’s foremost convention

Davos, Switzerland, Jan 23: The Women Inspiring Network (WIN), a global not-for-profit platform dedicated to amplifying women’s leadership, successfully concluded the second edition of #WINLounge during The World Economic Forum Week, Davos 2026, marking a significant milestone for Indian women’s representation in global leadership conversations.

Alongside the WIN Lounge, WIN curated two focused India-led sessions in collaboration with the Madhya Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh governments, chaired by Dr. Mohan Yadav, Chief Minister of MP, and T G Bharath, Minister of Food Processing, Government of AP. These sessions explored strategies for inclusive growth, investment opportunities, and sustainable development.

Building on its 2025 debut, WIN—India’s only independent and exclusive platform at Davos—brought together 75+ global leaders from 15+ countries and 30+ industries, driving 15+ panel discussions across #WINLounge and #WINtalks. Key participants included top Indian and global women leaders from organizations such as Accor, Adecco, Apollo, Bayer, Capgemini, Fox Rothschild, Invest India, Kearney, RPSG Group, TIME, and Welspun, strengthening India’s women-led voice on the global stage.
