Ramagya Sports Academy expands its training ecosystem with the launch of RHPC

Noida, Mar 19Ramagya Sports Academy (RSA) has taken a step towards more structured performance training with the introduction of the Ramagya High Performance Centre (RHPC), powered by POB (Power of Basics). The centre has been created to support athletes and students who want to train with a better understanding of how their bodies perform, rather than relying on routine fitness methods.

The facility will be used not only by competitive athletes but also by students and fitness enthusiasts. RHPC has been set up to provide access to professional training methods in a practical environment, instead of keeping them limited to elite-level sport.

At RSA, fitness is approached as a long-term discipline rather than a short-term goal. In line with this vision, RHPC has been developed as a performance environment where training decisions are based on assessment, data, and expert oversight, rather than being driven by generic routines.

Unlike conventional gyms, RHPC functions as a high-performance ecosystem. Training at the centre begins with a detailed assessment of how the body performs, including strength, balance, flexibility, posture and endurance. These observations guide personalised training plans, which are reviewed and adjusted as progress is made.

Speaking on the initiative, Mr. Utkarsh Gupta, Managing Director, Ramagya Group said,

“At Ramagya, our effort has always been to build ecosystems that prepare people for the future, whether in education or sports. With RHPC powered by POB, we wanted to make scientific performance training accessible beyond professional athletes. Students, aspiring sportspersons, and fitness enthusiasts can now train with the same discipline, structure, and understanding that elite athletes rely on. The emphasis is on training correctly, recovering properly, and building long-term strength.”

RHPC is supported by a multidisciplinary team that includes certified coaches, physiotherapists, nutrition experts, and recovery specialists. The centre works with school and college athletes looking to improve competitive performance, individuals returning to fitness after injury, and those seeking better movement, posture, agility, and overall conditioning. Each programme is designed to reduce injury risk while improving efficiency and output.

The facility is equipped with performance tools commonly used in elite training environments. The set-up includes force plates to study balance and power, velocity-based systems to guide strength work, GPS tracking to monitor performance, lactic acid testing to assess endurance, and manual muscle testing to identify imbalances. Posture is evaluated through structured alignment checks, while strength, flexibility, and speed are assessed using specialised meters, mobility tests, and sprint timing systems.

Recovery is treated as an essential part of training at RHPC. The centre provides structured recovery support through compression boots, ice baths, cold-water therapy, sports massage, and physiotherapy. These interventions are integrated into training schedules to help reduce fatigue, prevent overuse injuries, and support consistent performance improvement.

What distinguishes RHPC from standard fitness centres is its team-based approach. Training is not limited to a single instructor or session-based guidance. Each individual benefits from coordinated input from coaches, physiotherapists, nutritionists, and recovery professionals. The focus remains on performance outcomes, physical resilience, and long-term fitness rather than short-term visual results.

RHPC at Ramagya Sports Academy reflects a simple philosophy: athlete-grade training should not be restricted to athletes alone. Whether one is preparing for competitive sport, returning to fitness, or looking to train with greater clarity and purpose, the centre offers a structured and informed environment to do so.

At RHPC, the emphasis is not on training harder for the sake of it, but on training with understanding—smarter, stronger, and safer.

Ramagya Sports Academy offers a range of sports and fitness programmes across age groups, including lawn tennis, swimming, football, yoga, and meditation. The academy continues to focus on structured coaching, safe training environments, and long-term physical development.
