Apollo Hospitals Announces Strong Q3FY26 Results

Chennai, India Feb 11: Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd. (AHEL) today announced its financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025, reporting robust growth across all three business verticals and on a consolidated basis. The company also declared an interim dividend of Rs 10 per equity share.

Apollo continued its expansion momentum with the Phase 1 launch of a 250-bed quaternary care hospital in Pune, marking a significant step toward its planned 400-bed capacity in the region. The quarter also saw notable progress in clinical excellence, transplant leadership, and international patient services.

  • Revenue: Rs 6,477 crore (↑17% YoY)
  • EBITDA: Rs 965 crore (↑27% YoY)

Capacity Expansion: Pune Quaternary Hospital Launch

Apollo inaugurated a state-of-the-art 250-bed quaternary care hospital in Pune, integrating:

  • IoT-enabled monitoring systems
  • Multidisciplinary high-acuity programs

The facility strengthens Apollo’s presence in Western India and enhances capacity for complex, technology-enabled care.

Apollo sustained its position as the world’s busiest solid organ transplant program, performing an average of five transplants daily.
