An alumna of Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Ruchi has led high-growth initiatives across industries, working with global clients including Fortune 500 companies. She has held senior roles at Deloitte, where she managed large-scale projects across APAC, the US, and Europe, and at Industree Crafts Foundation, where she built the talent function from the ground up.
In her new role, Ruchi will focus on scaling BHIVE’s operations by strengthening foundational processes, implementing robust learning and development initiatives, and enhancing leadership capabilities. Her efforts are directed at transitioning BHIVE from a people-driven to process-driven organization, ensuring scalability and efficiency as it moves into its next growth phase.
