Jan 12: Leading realty player, Omaxe Group, has announced the successful launch and rapid sell-out of Omaxe Eternity 2, its integrated township project in Vrindavan. Approx 750 units, including plotted developments and villas, were sold out within a few days of launch, reflecting strong end-user and investor confidence.
Spread across 101 acres, Omaxe Eternity 2 features thoughtfully planned residential and commercial developments to cater to a wide spectrum of homebuyers and investors. Planned to be developed across multiple phases, the integrated township comprises 800 residential plots, 74 villas, 400 commercial hotel studio units, retail shops, group housing and multi-storey residential developments, along with EWS and LIG housing, creating a balanced and self-sustained urban ecosystem.
The project’s pricing played a critical role in driving demand, with studio apartments starting at approximately Rs. 50 lakh, residential plots priced approximately from Rs. 84 lakh onwards, and villas approximately from Rs. 2.75 crore, making it one of the most compelling township offerings in the Vrindavan region.
Mohit Goel, Managing Director, Omaxe Group, said, “The overwhelming response to Omaxe Eternity 2 reflects a clear shift in buyer preferences towards integrated townships located in culturally significant yet well-connected destinations. Today, buyers are not only seeking homes but environments that offer peace, community living, and long-term value. Vrindavan, with its spiritual importance and rapidly improving infrastructure, is emerging as a compelling residential destination. At Omaxe, our focus has been to create a township that balances spiritual serenity with modern urban planning. The swift sell-out validates the trust buyers place in our brand and our ability to anticipate evolving market demand while delivering responsibly planned developments.”
Strategically located on Radha Kund Road (RAAL), Vrindavan, the township enjoys seamless road connectivity to the Yamuna Expressway, Delhi–Agra Highway, and Bareilly Highway, ensuring easy access to major cities while being situated close to Vrindavan’s prominent temples and spiritual landmarks.
The township’s delivery is scheduled to begin in 2027, aligning with Omaxe Group’s long-term vision for creating sustainable, self-sufficient urban ecosystems. With Omaxe Eternity 2, the Group continues to strengthen its footprint in emerging growth corridors, backed by strong brand credibility, strategic location selection, and an integrated development approach.
