Hyderabad, Aug 28: Media Junction is organising “Conquer Stage Fear,” a four-day intensive, in-person workshop designed to help individuals overcome stage fear, build confidence and become more effective and comfortable while speaking before an audience.
The workshop will be conducted by D. Ramchandram, a Public Relations professional and experienced trainer, and will focus on practical techniques to help participants overcome nervousness, hesitation and anxiety associated with speaking on stage.
The four-day programme will be held from September 3 to 6, 2026, at Media Junction, Ground Floor, Partani Towers, Golconda Cross Roads, Metro Pillar No. 1083, Musheerabad, Hyderabad. The workshop is deliberately limited to a maximum of 15 participants, enabling individual attention and extensive opportunities for practice.
The sessions on the first three days, September 3, 4 and 5, will be held from 6.00 pm to 9.30 pm, while the final session on Sunday, September 6, will be an intensive full-day programme from 10.00 am to 8.00 pm.
Participants will get an opportunity to understand the reasons behind stage fear and learn how to manage nervousness, overcome hesitation, organise their thoughts, speak with confidence, use body language effectively and connect better with an audience. The workshop will include practical exercises, speaking assignments, individual feedback and repeated opportunities to speak in front of others.
The programme is useful for students, entrepreneurs, professionals, business owners, teachers, trainers, public relations professionals, aspiring speakers and anyone who feels nervous or uncomfortable while speaking before a group. It is particularly aimed at people who know what they want to say but struggle when they have to say it in front of an audience.
D. Kalpana, Director, Media Junction, said, “Stage fear is not a weakness. It is a very common human response, and with the right guidance and regular practice, it can be overcome. We have designed ‘Conquer Stage Fear’ as a highly practical and participative workshop where every participant gets an opportunity to practise, make mistakes, receive feedback and gradually gain confidence. Our objective is not merely to teach public speaking, but to help participants discover the confidence to express themselves without fear.”
With only 15 seats available, the workshop is intended to provide a focused and personalised learning experience rather than a conventional large-group training programme.
