Saanvi Chaudhary, a student of Orchids The International School, clinches Gold at the India Open International Jiu Jitsu Championship 2024
New Delhi, 22nd April, 2024: Saanvi Chaudhary, a 7th grade student at Orchids The International School, Gurgaon showcased her exceptional skills and won the Gold medal in India Open International Karate Championship 2024 that was held at Talkatora Indoor Stadium, New Delhi. The prestigious event was organized by the Sports Jiu Jitsu India Federation with the help of Asian Sport Jiu Jitsu Federation (ASJJF). There were more than 160 players in the whole event from different states of India, Japan & Brazil. Amongst fierce competition, Saanvi demonstrated her skills, dominating her age and weight category with unparalleled finesse.

Recently, Saanvi also clinched the Gold medal at the India Open International Karate Championship 2024, which was organized by the esteemed Karate India Organisation (KIO), in collaboration with the International Shotokai Karate-do Federation. More than 300 players participated in this event ranging from different states of India, as well as Bangladesh and Nepal. Around 30 participants were in Saanvi’s age and weight group. This remarkable feat highlights Saanvi’s versatility and mastery across multiple disciplines. KIO is also affiliated with the World Karate Federation, Asian Karate Federation, Commonwealth Karate Federation and World Olympic Association.
