Faridabad, 27/09/2026: BPTP Limited, one of the leading real estate developers in the National Capital Region, supported the Faridabad Half Marathon 2.0 as the Titanium Sponsor, reinforcing its commitment to Faridabad and initiatives that bring the city’s residents together around fitness, wellness and community participation.
Held at the Surajkund Mela Grounds on Sunday, September 27, 2026, the marathon brought together runners from across the region and beyond for a celebration of health, endurance and community spirit. The event was presented by the District Administration, Faridabad, and was flagged off by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Haryana, Shri Nayab Singh Saini. The Chief Minister’s participation added significance to the event’s larger message of building a fitter, healthier and drug-free Haryana.

The marathon featured three race categories the 21.1 km AIMS-certified Half Marathon, a 10K Timed Run and a 5K Fun Run- bringing together experienced runners, fitness enthusiasts, families, students and first-time participants. The official event schedule had gates opening at 5:00 AM, with the Half Marathon flag-off at 6:15 AM, followed by the 10K at 6:30 AM and the 5K Fun Run at 7:00 AM.
The 21.1 km course is AIMS-certified and RFID chip-timed, taking runners through several prominent locations across Faridabad, including NHPC Colony, Greenfield, Shri Siddhdata Ashram, Gymkhana Club, Asian Hospital, Sector 20 Market and Dhouj Chowk. The route offered runners an opportunity to experience the city while participating in one of Faridabad’s major sporting events.
A key focus of the marathon was its ‘Run for a Cause’ campaign and the message of ‘नशामुक्त हरियाणा’ (Drug-Free Haryana). The event brought together citizens, students, government officials, families and runners around a common message of fitness, healthy living and collective action against drug abuse.
The marathon also featured a prize pool of ₹10 lakh, adding a competitive dimension to the event while encouraging participation across different runner categories.
