Sekel Tech appoints Mayank Agarwal as Enterprise Sales Director – US, SEAsia Region

Bengaluru, April 4th, 2022: Sekel Tech Pvt Ltd, Bengaluru has appointed Mayank Agarwal as Enterprise Sales Director – US and SEAsia. Mayank will lead revenue-building measures and execute a sales strategy that focuses on growth through – Digital Innovation led retail brands in these markets.

Mayank Agarwal comes on board at Sekel Tech during their next phase of investment and expansion into global markets, after they pioneered a hyperlocal strategy for large retail brands in the Indian market already for the last 4 years. With more than 10 years of experience in working with Global names like Bosch, World Bank, United Nations, Google, and more, Mayank will be based out of Sekel Tech’s Pune campus, working closely with Mark Walker-Smith (Head of Business – UK & EMEA) and Rakesh Raghuvanshi (Founder & CEO).

Rakesh Raghuvanshi said – “Mayank’s Tech & Business hybrid background as a BBA-IT Graduate from Symbiosis International University (2013), coupled with his professional experience as Global Head of Sales & Revenue at his last organisation (Advids), will enable Sekel to penetrate the US market even faster. We plan to invest USD 3mil. across this year under Mayank’s guidance to gain visibility and market share for Sekel. He will be tasked to ensure Sekel can clearly articulate the importance of – Hyperlocal Strategy, Organic Discovery and 1st Party Cookies Data – for Retail brands globally.”

Commenting on his new role, Mayank said – “Sekel Tech has been solving critical challenges faced by large Retail brands. We are enabling them to create their own Future-ready & Sustainable D2C Infrastructure, expand Market Share and drive Omni-channel Quick Commerce – all fully organic.
